At FanSMM (fansmm.in), we are committed to delivering every order you place on our platform. We understand that you trust us with your money, and we take that responsibility seriously. This refund policy explains exactly when you are entitled to a refund, how the refill guarantee works, and how to claim either.

All refunds on FanSMM are processed as wallet balance credits — meaning the refunded amount is returned to your FanSMM account balance, which you can use to place future orders immediately. We do not process refunds back to the original payment method (UPI, Paytm, bank card, etc.) unless there has been a verified duplicate payment.

Important: By placing an order on FanSMM, you agree to this refund policy. Please read the full policy before placing your first order.

Free Refill Guarantee

FanSMM offers a free refill guarantee on most services. A refill means that if the count you received (followers, likes, views, etc.) drops after successful delivery, we will top it back up to the original quantity at no additional charge.

Refill is always the preferred resolution. If your order drops, a refill is faster than a refund and keeps your social media growth on track.

Refill eligibility conditions:

  • The service has a refill guarantee (shown on the service page)
  • The drop occurred within the refill period for that service
  • Your account was kept public throughout the delivery period
  • The original order was fully delivered before the drop
  • Your account was made private after ordering
  • The refill period has expired
  • The service description states "No Refill"

To request a refill, go to your Order History in your FanSMM dashboard, find the order, and click the "Request Refill" button. Refills are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

When Are Refunds Issued?

A refund (as wallet credit) will be issued automatically or upon request in the following situations:

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund on FanSMM is simple. Follow these steps to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible:

Log in to your FanSMM account at fansmm.in and go to your Order History page from the dashboard.

Find the order you wish to dispute. Note the Order ID — you'll need it when contacting support.

Open a support ticket from the Support Ticket page or click the help button on the order. Select "Refund Request" as the subject and include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Our team reviews your request within minutes. If approved, the refund is credited to your FanSMM wallet balance immediately — no waiting period.

Use your wallet balance to place any new order on FanSMM instantly. Your balance never expires.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

Refunds as Wallet Balance Credits

All approved refunds on FanSMM are issued as wallet balance credits — not back to your original payment method. This is because:

  • Wallet credits are instant — no waiting 5–10 business days
  • You can use your wallet to place a new order immediately
  • Your wallet balance never expires
  • Works with all payment methods — UPI, Paytm, Cards, Crypto

Exception: If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error (e.g., double-charged via UPI), we will investigate and may issue a refund back to the original payment method. Please contact support within 48 hours if this occurs, with your transaction reference number.

Partial Refunds for Underdelivered Orders

If your order was partially delivered (e.g., you ordered 1000 followers but only received 600), you are entitled to a partial refund for the undelivered portion.

The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the quantity not delivered. For example:

Example: You ordered 1000 Instagram followers for ₹50. Only 600 were delivered. You would receive a wallet credit of ₹20 (40% of ₹50 for the 400 undelivered followers).

To claim a partial refund, open a support ticket with your Order ID and the current delivery count screenshot. Our team will verify and process it within minutes.

Add Funds / Deposit Refund Policy

Funds added to your FanSMM wallet are non-refundable once credited, as they are intended for use on our platform. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — accidentally charged twice for one deposit
  • Failed payment but funds deducted — payment gateway error
  • Wrong amount deposited due to a technical error on our platform
  • Unused wallet balance (deposits used for ordering are not refundable)
  • Change of mind after depositing funds
If your payment was deducted but your wallet was not credited, please contact us immediately via support ticket or Telegram with your transaction ID and screenshot.
