1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FanSMM ("we", "us", "our"), operated at fansmm.in. By accessing our website, registering an account, adding funds, or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use FanSMM. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FanSMM. Please read every section carefully before using our services.

To use FanSMM you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must maintain only one account per person

By using FanSMM, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using FanSMM on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

When you register an account on FanSMM, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account password and not share it with anyone
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts or accounts using false identities
  • Not transfer or sell your account to another person

FanSMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain inaccurate information, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

FanSMM provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and subscribers for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and others.

By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on service type and quantity
  • FanSMM does not guarantee specific results in terms of account growth or engagement rates
  • Services are provided as-is and subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
  • Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice
  • Once an order is being processed, it cannot be cancelled
Note: Always ensure your social media account or post is set to public before and during order delivery. Private accounts will prevent delivery and may not qualify for a refund.

All payments on FanSMM are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. By adding funds to your wallet, you agree that:

  • All payments are non-refundable to the original payment method except in cases of verified billing errors
  • Wallet balance credits do not earn interest and do not expire
  • We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and cryptocurrency
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before placing orders
  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting FanSMM support
  • Fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account termination and legal action

You agree to use FanSMM only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use our services to promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the FanSMM platform
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access FanSMM without permission
  • Place orders for social media accounts that you do not own or have permission to promote
  • Use FanSMM to violate the terms of service of any social media platform
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, overload, or impair our servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts
  • Resell services without using our official API / reseller programme

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

FanSMM offers free API access to registered resellers. By using our API, you agree to the following additional conditions:

  • You may only use the API for the purpose of reselling FanSMM services to your own customers
  • You are responsible for your customers' experience and must not misrepresent our services
  • You must not use the API to access FanSMM services at a rate that exceeds normal usage
  • API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly or with unauthorised parties
  • FanSMM is not liable for any issues arising from your reseller business or client relationships
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time without notice

All content on the FanSMM website — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and service catalogue — is the exclusive property of FanSMM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any FanSMM content without written permission
  • You may not use the FanSMM name, logo, or brand in any way that implies endorsement without consent
  • FanSMM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms

FanSMM provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times
  • The results obtained from our services will meet your specific expectations
  • Any followers, likes, or views delivered are guaranteed to remain permanently
  • Our services will not be affected by changes to third-party platform algorithms

We are not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services. All social media platforms have their own independent terms of service which you are responsible for complying with.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FanSMM and its team members shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use FanSMM services
  • Actions taken by social media platforms against your account
  • Third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control

In all cases, FanSMM's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FanSMM in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

FanSMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes
  • Providing false information during registration
  • Engaging in abuse of our support team or staff
  • Any activity deemed harmful to FanSMM or other users

Upon termination, your right to use FanSMM ceases immediately. Any wallet balance remaining at the time of termination due to a Terms violation will be forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FanSMM regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
